Where does Picalma ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long will delivery take?
Standard Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days after processing. Expedited Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or peak seasons.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping costs $9.99, and Expedited Shipping costs $19.99. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69.
How are fragile vase items packed?
Each vase is carefully packed with protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all included accessories, packaging, tags, or parts where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges. If you need help with a return or refund request, please contact us at support@picalma.com before sending any item back.
